JMJD2A Antibody Host:Rabbit Antibody Type: Polyclonal Species Reactivity:Human JMJD2A. Expected to cross react with JMJD2C (>90% similarity), JMJD2B (>85% similarity) due to high homology to these JMJD2 paralogs considering the antigen used. Observed detection of purified recombinant human JMJD2D at 50 ng sμggesting only ~10% cross reactivity with recombinant JMJD2D, however bands were detected at 60 kDa from cell samples. Application:Western blot Western blot: 1:200 dilution. Not recommended for FACS and IHC based on probable cross reactivity with other JMJD containing proteins.
